EU customers:

• 14-day right of withdrawal for EU customers, starting from delivery of the last item
• How to submit a request — via the "Returns and cancellations" link in your footer
• Who it applies to — EU customers only, with your standard no-returns policy applying to everyone else
• Refund timeline — EU law requires refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item
• Return shipping — customer will be charged for return shipping costs
