Frequently Asked Questions:
What material are the stickers made of? All stickers are printed on fully water-resistant dishwasher safe premium thick vinyl, built to last 4-5 years outdoors with a protective laminate that will resist scratching, heat, water, and sunlight. Most are matte finish, some are glossy (will be noted in product description).
What is your return policy? Unfortunately as a small business, we do not accept returns. If your order arrived damaged or was lost, please contact us at info@nycraftygirl.com and we'll arrange a refund or replacement. EU customers: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from delivery of your last item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
When will my order ship/arrive? All orders are packed and shipped within three days of placing your order, excluding Sundays and holidays. Orders are expected to arrive for US: 3-5 business days, and International: 5-8 business days. Note: these are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing or snail mail postage may add additional time for orders.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do! NY Crafty Girl ships to 28 countries across 2 zones, including: Domestic US, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.
Will I get tracking on my order? This depends. If you order only a few stickers or sheets and your order can ship as a flat envelope with snail mail stamp postage, then you will not receive tracking. We do this to keep shipping costs low for small stationery orders. Once you add a washi tape, pin, or your order is over 1oz, you will receive tracking with the shipping label.
Why did my shipping price change? In order to keep shipping costs low for our customers, we use shipping profiles based on weight. If your order is over 1oz and cannot be shipped as a flat envelope with a stamp, shipping will change to a bubble mailer. Unfortunately for international orders, shipping and tariffs do add up, but we didn't want to exclude our international stationery lovers!
